$25,000 to support NIMS

On July 21, 2022 the Appalachia Ohio Manufacturing Coalition (AOMC) presented a check of $25,000 to support NIMS training at MIBA Bearings in McConnelsville.  NIMS was formed in 1995 to develop and maintain a globally competitive American workforce. NIMS training improve workplace performance by teaching them how to train and validate training with practical experiences that individuals and teams will face on the job. NIMS subject matter experts (SMEs) will facilitate a series of working sessions with technical workgroups established by MIBA to develop training programs. After developing Core program, NIMS will show trainers how to transfer their knowledge and skills to others.
