AOMC Secures D Byers & Associates (DBA) for Manufacturing Market Study and Resource Guide
The research will be supported by a thorough analysis and assessment of the AOMC’s manufacturers with a goal of capturing the necessary technical and workplace skills that are lacking in applicants and/or incumbent workers within the manufacturing industry. DBA will conduct surveys and interviews within AOMC’s six-county region to inform the workforce development system (Figure 1) on key manufacturer needs and priorities.
